WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – Wall Township Police made multiple arrests during the week of November 17 through November 23, including several for driving while intoxicated and others on outstanding warrants.
Police caught Jeffrey Kniffin within 15 minutes of stealing $27,000 when an off-duty officer recognized him riding a bicycle.
Jeffrey L. Kniffin, 51, attempted to flee the scene on a bicycle with $27,000 in cash in his hands. He was not successful.
