Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin has left Monday’s tilt against Utah Hockey Club after a knee-on-knee collision. In the third period, Ovechkin was skating when he collided with Jack McBain in an apparent knee-on-knee collision. He needed help getting up, and ultimately went down the tunnel and did not return.
