California voters will soon cast their ballot in the statewide special election on congressional redistricting.
Some 23 million voters have received mail ballots for the Nov. 4 election. The only statewide measure this fall is a redistricting plan spearheaded by Gov. Gavin Newsom.
Voters across the state have until Monday, October 20, to register for the November 4 Statewide Special Election, where they will decide on Proposition 50, a measure proposing temporary
California residents who are eligible can register and vote through Election Day. But if you want a ballot mailed to your door beforehand, you’ll have to register online before the deadline at midnight on Monday. (You can also check your voter registration status at the link above.)
