The owner of two San Jose housing towers is launching a full-scale effort to sell the landmark tower’s residential units.
Hundreds of San Jose condos at 188 West St. James are being prepped for sale with price resets and renovations.
"At some point it will be annexed into the city of Fort Pierce," said Irene Szedlmayer, senior planner with St. Lucie County.
The store is at southwest First Coast Expressway and Oakleaf Plantation Parkway, on the Duval side of the Clay County line.
