A lawsuit was filed against President Donald Trump's administration claiming masked agents have been targeting "individuals with brown skin" in Southern California, arresting them without probable cause and keeping them in "dungeon-like" conditions in efforts to deport them.

President Donald Trump’s administration has sued Los Angeles, claiming the city is obstructing the enforcement of federal immigration laws and creating a lawless environment.

The plaintiffs say ICE's practice of arresting people without a warrant and holding them without determining whether or not they are a flight risk is illegal.
