According to Pelissero's report, he played a key role in the development of QB J.J. McCarthy on their way to the 2024 CFP National Championship.

Kirk Campbell worked with Jim Harbaugh on the Michigan football staff for two years. He was brought in as an offensive analyst for the 2022 season before being promoted to QB coach in 2023.
