After rumors of a potential departure of one of the Dallas Cowboys' stars, Dak Prescott remains focused on the team's roster construction for the upcoming NFL season.

ESPN's Dan Graziano suggested that it would make sense for the Eagles to make a trade for someone like Myles Garrett this offseason.

Micah Parsons is scheduled to enter the final season of his contract with the Dallas Cowboys in 2025, but that doesn't mean the NFC East team is going to look to trade him this offseason. Jon Machota of The Athletic reported Sunday that "Parsons isn't going anywhere" and instead suggested the front office could look to be more aggressive around the star pass-rusher this offseason after it "clearly didn't do enough to add quality veterans to fill roster holes last year.

There's been no official trade request and the Rams don't seem eager to ship off their Super Bowl-winning quarterback. But clearly there's a possibility Stafford ends up on the open market. And there would surely be plenty of interested parties who'd love to employ the 37-year-old next season.

The former Super Bowl champion also reworked his deal with the Rams prior to the 2024 season. He briefly contemplated retirement following this season, but also said prior to 2024 that he envisioned playing several more seasons, despite missing time due to injury in both 2022 and 2023.

While he's been linked to a number of teams around the NFL, Matthew Stafford could still agree to a new, long-term deal with the Rams.
