NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - An investigation is underway into a fatal shooting that occurred in Central City in the early hours of Tuesday (Nov. 19) morning, according to the NOPD. Police say the incident occurred around 4:10 a.m. in the 3200 block of Loyola Ave. It was there officers said they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
