Alleged mushroom poisoner Erin Patterson has told a court she does believe there were death cap mushrooms in the beef Wellington lunch she served her in-laws.

After a nine-week trial, Erin Patterson has been found guilty of the murder of her parents-in-law and an aunt, who died days after she served them a beef wellington for lunch.

THE BEEF WELLINGTON Ms Patterson told the court she used a recipe from the popular “RecipeTin Eats” and followed instructions but used individual eye fillets for the dish, instead of a beef log.
