"Consistent with President @realDonaldTrump’s instructions, all federal employees will shortly receive an email requesting to understand what they got done last week," said the post. "Failure to respond will be taken as a resignation.

Elon Musk, as the head of the Department of Government Efficiency, has instructed employees of federal agencies in the USA to send an email detailing their work activities from the past week. Failure to comply will be interpreted as a resignation.
