Oscar Piastri aims to use the “frustration” he feels at the penalty which cost him victory at the British Grand Prix as motivation to win more races as he chases the F1 title.

The lead car can dictate the pace of the restart, but Piastri was pinged by race stewards for "suddenly" braking. He received a 10-second time penalty, which he served during a pitstop. As a result, McLaren teammate Lando Norris took the race lead and went on to claim victory in his home Grand Prix.

The penalty was served during a pit stop, causing Piastri to fall to second place, allowing his teammate, Lando Norris, to take the victory. This result also reduced Piastri's lead in the championship to just eight points.
