The Glen Bridge in Dunfermline is a significant 20th-century structure, notable for its architecture and historical importance to the town's transport. The Glen Bridge was built between 1930 and 1932 and is a Category B listed reinforced concrete bridge featuring distinctive Art Deco design elements, such as balustraded parapets and geometric lamp standards. The Dunfermline worthy in this animation was known as 'Daft Archie'. The locals used to taunt him on a regular basis. Archie was born in 1801 and lived to the grand old age of 76.
