St John Ambulance shows how to perform CPR on an adult

Around 10 years ago Janice, one of St John Ambulance Cymru 's dedicated volunteers, suffered a cardiac arrest at home. Fortunately, both Janice and her husband Keith had completed first aid training as part of their roles with St John and as first responders. As a result, she's here to tell the inspirational story about how CPR helped save her life. Quick-thinking first aiders from St John Ambulance Cymru saved the life of a runner who collapsed near the finish line of a popular 10K race in South Wales earlier this year.
